Season 14
Season 14 kicked off with a live premiere episode which was a first for the show. Mark Cuban, Robert Herjavec, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Daymond John, and Kevin O’Leary were the main sharks, with guest appearances from Emma Grede, Gwyneth Paltrow, Peter Jones, Daniel Lubetzky, and Kendra Scott.
Some notable products from this season: Tuck Belt was a fashion accessory designed to smooth out your waistline. Tones of Melanin did collegiate wear celebrating all skin tones. Nod was a smart alarm clock trying to make waking up less terrible. Pet Plate offered fresh human-grade pet food on subscription, and Sip & Glisten made a self-cleaning wine glass.
This was also getting toward the end of an era. Cuban had been hinting he wouldn’t be around forever, and the show was clearly starting to experiment with bringing in guest sharks who could potentially step into bigger roles. The season ran 22 episodes from September 2022 to May 2023.
