Season 17
Season 17 is the current season and it’s the first one without Mark Cuban as a regular shark. The show is leaning hard into celebrity guest sharks this time around, with Pete Davidson, Michael Strahan, Chip and Joanna Gaines, and Alexis Ohanian (Reddit co-founder) all taking turns in the tank. Allison Ellsworth from Poppi also came back, and Fawn Weaver, the founder of Uncle Nearest whiskey, joined as a new guest shark.
The season premiered on September 24, 2025 on ABC.
The premiere alone produced two products worth knowing about. Z-CoiL, the Albuquerque shoe brand built around a spring-loaded heel that cuts impact, walked out with a deal from Lori Greiner. doublesoul, the organic-cotton sock brand Pete Davidson helped design, landed a deal with Kendra Scott the same episode.
